ד"ר יצחק אוגוסט
Dr. Isaac August received his B.Sc degree in theoretical physics and his M.Sc (summa cum laude) and Ph.D degrees in Electro-optics and Photonic Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. In 2015, Dr. August won the prestigious grant from Batsheva de Rothschild Fund in order to be a visiting scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). During his Ph.D work, Dr. August published more than 15 articles in leading journals, the highlight was an article that was published at nature publication. Dr. August works have been exhibited in more than 40 important international conferences, as well as 7 especially invited once. In addition to his academic work, Yitzhak has a patent in the United States of Europe and Israel in the field of spectral imaging and deals with engineering and commercialization. Dr. August has about 500 citations in scientific literature. In Dr. August's work there is a vision to improve the quality of life and an emphasis on contributing to the community
