ד"ר אלכסנדר צ'ורקין

Dr. Alexander Churkin received his B.Sc. (cum laude), M.Sc. (cum laude) and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University. From 2011 to 2015, he was postdoctoral research fellow in Physics and Computer Science departments at Ben-Gurion University. He was awarded the prestigious Kreitman fellowships for Ph.D. studies and for postdoctoral research. His current research interests include computational biology, bioinformatics, scientific computing, algorithms in molecular biology and optimization
