ד"ר אביעד אלישר

Aviad Elyashar - Lecturer, Computer Science, Shamoon College of Engineering. Aviad holds B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Software and Information Systems Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer-Sheva, Israel. His M.Sc. thesis focused on the security of organizations and individuals in online social networks. Aviad’s Ph.D. topic concentrates on developing methods for improving targeted data collection on online social networks. His primary research interests revolve around complex networks with applications, natural language processing, and social networks. In addition, Aviad serves as a researcher and project manager in the Cyber Labs at Ben-Gurion University. He has been a researcher of a series of research projects funded by Deutsche Telekom, the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and several leading cybersecurity industries
