גב' נינו ביניאשוילי

Nino Biniashvili (b. Georgia, 1980) is a visual artist and illustrator. In her work, Biniashvili represents and analyzes the possibilities and problems of communication between cultures and people. Her graphic novel, On the Edge of the Black Sea won the 2018 Israel Museum's award for best illustration book. Her exhibitions include: The Israel Museum, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Museum Bärengasse, Zurich, Kunstraum LLC, and more, her editorial illustrations were featured in Das Magazin; Atlantis; Judisk Krönika; Ha'aretz Daily Newspaper and more

​Biniashvili holds an MFA from Konstfack, University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, Stockholm, Sweden and BFA from Bezalel, Academy of Arts and Design. In 2009, during her MFA studies in Stockholm, Nino established an independent publishing platform Bookieman, which focuses on limited editions of publications, with a focus on cooperation between artists from different mediums and critical thinkers
