ד"ר תמר ברק
Tamar received her Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering and M. Sc and Ph. D in Physical Chemistry from Ben-Gurion University. Tamar's M.Sc and Ph. D studies where performed under the supervision of Prof. Ehud Pines and studied proton transfer from neutral and positively charged photoacids. Currently, Tamar is interested in health related chemistry, especially, the use of techniques from the physical chemistry field. These days, Tamar conducts a research in collaboration with Dr. Oshra Saphir, in order to find the effect of oxidative stress on different biological systems, especially, the effect of diseases in pregnancy on breast milk
