Authors are invited to bring Powerpoint files for their presentations on USB stick or CD disk.
All speakers in a session must meet 10 minutes before the start of the session in order to introduce themselves to the session chairs and to put the Powerpoint files on the computer in the room.
In order to facilitate movement between sessions, the session chairs will hold speakers strictly to the schedule.
