The program of studies has two tracks: Building Engineering and Building Project Management. The tracks are identical for the first two years of study, and begin to differ in the third year. The conditions for admission will be published in the course of the 2007-8 academic year. Every candidate for admission must study the course "Introduction to Physics for Civil Engineering." Students must also pass a proficiency examination in basic computing skills (Word and Excel) in the course of the first year of studies. An alternative is to pass the course "Computer Applications" of the College.
A degree requirement of every student is participation in the program "Industrial Experience" which is without credit, extends from the end of the third year to the end of the fourth, and involves between 150 and 200 hours of exposure to industrial practice.
