The Faculty of Civil Engineering at SCE, Sami Shamoon College of Engineering, invites applications for a tenure track positions in the areas of: Construction Management (two positions) and Structural Engineering (one position). The position is open to all academic levels (Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Professor). Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a PhD in Civil or Structural Engineering. The applicant must have good interpersonal skills and a strong interest in interacting with undergraduate students, effective communication skills in spoken and written Hebrew (at least basics of the Hebrew language), evidence of a strong interest in research and scholarship, and personal and professional qualities necessary to achieve excellence in teaching and student advising.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses, develop a sponsored research program, supervise students, collaborate with other faculty members and be involved in service to the college.
