Advanced Study Program for Managers

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center has developed technology-oriented management programs geared to the broad range of needs of large organizations. By combining theory with practical application the programs provide students with the essential tools for organizational expansion in a rapidly changing world.

Program goals:

·      Training in managerial skills and techniques designed to produce results.

·       Inculcating a proactive client-approach.

·      Developing leadership capabilities by enhancing EI (emotional intelligence).

·      Sharpening communications skills and motivating team excellence.

·      Conveying how to delegate tasks to individuals and groups.

·      Honing an entrepreneurial vision for the project or company or organization.

Upon completion of the program participants will have gained a basic proficiency in leadership, authority delegation, group and individual motivation, communication, and conveying entrepreneurial vision.
