The backbone of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center is its Advisory Board, made up of senior managers in the Israeli economy. The board's purpose is to formulate EIC policy and strengthen its links with Israeli industries.

 
A profile of the members:

 

 

 

 

Rael Goodman

CEO of Keren Shemesh, BA  ( College of Management Academic Studies) and MBA in global entrepreneurship (Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya), has served in various managerial positions in the food industry, including CEO of Carmit Candy Industries Ltd. and CEO of the food division at Shemen Industries Ltd.   

  
 

Asher Greenbaum

B.Sc in mechanical engineering and MBA ( Ben-Gurion University of the Negev). Worked in Israel Chemicals Ltd. for 32 years in top management positions, including CEO of Dead Sea Bromine Co. Ltd, CEO of Israel Chemicals Ltd. (industrial products); currently CEO of Israel Chemicals Ltd. (fertilizers).

    

 

 

Michal Dana

Vice chairperson of human resources at Partner Communications Ltd. Since 2002 has held a number of senior positions at Amdocs Limited (human resources), including vice CEO for human resources. Previously served as vice-chairperson and CEO of human resources at Bungee Communications Ltd., Carmel Containers Ltd., and Caesarea Development Ltd. Ms Dana has a B.A. in social work.    

    

 

Orly Dakar

Founder of Ordan Ltd., has held several positions in Elta Ltd. including manager of human resources; is a member of the Ashdod municipality absorption committee and the Open University's board of directors.   

 

 

Noam Wekser

Currently CEO of Oracle University and member of Oracle Israel management; initiated the Oracle Technology study platform for absorbing its methodological and development products; holds a B.Sc in electronic engineering and computer science ( Tel Aviv University).  

  

 

Dr. Heftzi Zohar

Educator and scientist with a Ph.D. in biochemistry. Dr. Zohar was awarded the "Wolf" Prize for her outstanding thesis in the field molecular biochemistry and cancer research (her professional articles, considered breakthroughs, have been published in international journals). Dr. Zohar served in the Ministry of Education as national supervisor of gifted and outstanding pupils. She established and directed the "Ma'of" School for gifted and outstanding pupils in Beer Sheva, and was also a fellow at the Mandel Educational Leadership Institute. Dr. Zohar is currently deputy mayor of Beer Sheva and holds the education chair.

 

 

Dr. Orly Yehezkel

Lecturer in management studies at Tel Aviv University and senior consultant to business organizations and NPOs. Dr. Yehezkel is also the principal of the School of Economics and Management at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College where her tasks include the daily running of the school, developing study programs, and cementing close ties between the school and business world. Dr. Yehezkel was previously lecturer and unit head for managerial training at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center.      

  
 

Yossi Moldowski

One of the owners of Moldovski Ltd. (real-estate, high-tech, retail sales, and diamond production and export. His business activities include housing and commercial projects in Israel and abroad, the exclusive franchise of a fast food chain in Europe, and partnership in an investment fund aimed at technological start-ups. Mr. Molodovski holds a M.Sc in industrial engineering and management (Technion) and a law degree ( Tel Aviv University).    

 

 

Gideon Susman

A founder of and partner in the Oasis Fund that invests venture capital in companies in the Negev. Mr. Susman was previously a senior manager in Royal Philips Electronics.  

 

 

Nati Perry

Free-lance troubleshooter, assists companies reach commercial success in the fields of technology and sophisticated applications. Previously he held managerial positions in 013 Barak Ltd., the last as company CEO; and senior positions in the Israeli Air Force, including chief of the general maintenance department, head of the communications networks branch, project leader of telephone branding, and head of the communications systems planning unit. Has a M.Sc (summa cum laude) in computer communications and management (USM in the United States) and a B.Sc in electronic engineering ( Ben-Gurion University of the Negev).         

 

 

Amir Raveh

Founder and CEO of MG Equity Partners Ltd. which leads the field in recruiting capital for Israeli companies in Europe. Mr. Raveh is a "serial entrepreneur", having established Call Media Ltd. in England and selling it at an exemplary profit. He has previously served as director of the Swiss-based Domino Pizza Company that trades on the AIM exchange in London. Mr. Raveh holds an MBA from Middlesex University ( England).   

 

 

Dr. Doron Rosen

A graduate of Medical School (Hadassah Jerusalem) and business management ( Tel Aviv University), combines an active gynecological practice with entrepreneurship and venture capital funding in the field of medical equipment. Dr. Rosen is a founder of Advanced Medical Diagnostics Sarl, a partner in the Startup Factory investment fund, and CEO of Gal Medics Ltd. (a portfolio company that develops technologies for easing menstrual pain).
